The Union Financial System (Decree 5595/82) (UFSS) was developed for smaller municipal unions subject to Decree 5595 for use in budget preparation and execution as well as accounting. A unified and customized system, it enables officials and employees to efficiently manage the financial work of the union and provides timely information for use in reporting and planning.
