Developed for large municipalities including the municipalities that are subject to Civil Service Board (CSB) oversight, the Personnel and Payroll Management System (PPMS) enables the municipalities to manage all personal and administrative data for employees, contractors, and daily workers. A payroll component is integrated into the PPMS to allow the municipalities to efficiently produce their own payroll. Detailed and accurate personnel data can be maintained by the CSB and harmonized with that of other central agencies utilizing the system including the Central Inspection Board.
