A database of buildings' contents and status, land usage, zoning, restrictions, and other information related to parcels found in different archives at the municipality. The Parcel Information Card (PIC) supports the engineering staff in studying licensing applications and other daily transactions, and in the process of informed urban planning and development. It offers as well a wealth of statistics, displayed through the MGIS in the form of layers that are made available for comparison with relevant data from other municipal databases.
