Developed for municipalities under the financial jurisdiction of the Court of Audit (COA), the system includes a general ledger of accounts and allows municipalities to manage all financial and accounting transactions and automatically generate reports as required by the COA. Data is electronically exchanged between the Municipal Accounting System (MAS) and both the Municipal Budget System (MBS) and the Municipal Revenue System (MRS).
