Document Organizing System
The Document Organizing System is an important application that each municipality must have to electronically archive municipal documents. The system allows municipal officials to organize their files appropriately. Each scanned document must include the location of the actual document, with the system allowing users to retrieve scanned documents based on their archiving criteria. The DOS can be integrated into the existing Municipal Document Tracking System to ensure accountability and efficiency regarding citizens’ transactions that are processed.
